Tiffany Wesley

Tiffany Wesley serves as the Compliance Officer for MedCura Health, Inc., providing strategic compliance leadership and collaborative support for the organization’s risk-management activities across the ambulatory healthcare system. In this role, she leads efforts to maintain adherence to federal healthcare regulations, strengthen internal controls, and promote a culture of ethical practice and operational integrity.

With 18 years of experience in ambulatory healthcare, Tiffany brings extensive expertise in regulatory compliance, risk assessment, federal grants and contracts management, and organizational governance. Her work focuses on safeguarding operational compliance and advancing alignment with federal requirements across clinical operations through collaborative compliance leadership, including those established by HRSA, FTCA, and Office of Inspector General.

Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University. She is dedicated to fostering transparency, ethical conduct, and regulatory stewardship, and plays a key role in advancing MedCura’s mission and long-term strategic priorities.
