The Oakhurst Foundation, Inc., serves as the principal fundraising organization for the receipt and management of all private gifts and contributions to and on behalf of MedCura Health, Inc. The Foundation operates for the express purpose of supporting MedCura Health in fundraising, external friend building, naming opportunities and addressing the philanthropic priorities of the organization while understanding and supporting MedCura’s mission, goals and priorities.
All donations/gifts are a critical part of supporting the center’s mission. As costs for patient care, services, and technology continue to escalate, donor gifts help to support and sustain ongoing programs and services, but also allows us to serve all individuals and families, with a special focus on the healthcare needs of the medically indigent and underserved residents of this DeKalb, Rockdale County and metropolitan Atlanta.
Giving to the Oakhurst Foundation demonstrates our commitment to good stewardship and nowhere is stewardship more clear than through philanthropic generosity. The gifts entrusted to us provide safer and the very best care for every patient we serve.
Donors/partners can choose to support us in several ways such as making an unrestricted gift – which our team will direct to the highest priority needs – or you can direct your gift to an area that is especially meaningful to you.
